Welding - Re- blading
Turbine blades wear that may be caused by natural causes (exhaust gas pressure, high temperature) or external factors (bearing drop, foreign object ingress) can result in reduced turbo performance and turbulence due to unbalance. If the wear of the turbine blade extends beyond a critical point the turbine blade must be removed for service and be repaired in order to prevent catastrophic failure of the turbocharger.

Our Company offers a New Retrofit Solution for ALL Diesel Generators. Taking into consideration that the feedback we usually have from our clients, in shipping companies, is their concern about the delay period during a T/C repair or failure. This new retrofit solution offers two years warranty. Our company is proud to announce two new T/C models that aim to provide a simple solution along with easy effortless installation reducing delay time. The benefits of the replacement of an old turbocharger with new D87 and SJ180 T/C models could be:
